• Manage admin work
• Prepare Invoice, payment Vouchers etc,
• Prepare and handle all shipping documents, customs declaration and permit for import and export, including data compilation for invoices
• Prepare L/C documentation and LC negotiation
• Ensure relevant shipping documents are ready and deliver to respective parties such as banks in a timely manner
• Coordination with freight forwarders to schedule booking, transport & shipping documentation arrangements
• Liaise with clients, staff, vendors, overseas suppliers, etc
• Perform general office maintenance duties and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Director
• Provide directional assistance to the various zones
• Any other duties pertinent to the operations to ensure excellent customer service to customers
• Requirements
Minimum 1 year of working experience.
. Basic Accounting knowledge

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
