Job Description

Administrative Duties: . Oversee daily office operations. . Manage and organize documents. . Handle internal and external communication. . Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. . Monitor and order office supplies and equipment. . Provide administrative support to teams. Accounting Duties: . Maintain accurate records of financial transactions. . Process and track invoices. . Prepare financial reports. . Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost management. . Assist in tax preparation. . Handle payroll processing. . Reconcile company bank statements. Required Skills and Qualifications: . Experience in both administrative and accounting roles. .
