Space Built Technical Services LLC is a leading provider of interior fit-out services for commercial warehouses, offices, villa and apartment renovations in Dubai.
We are seeking an experienced Admin cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Office administration and accounting, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide essential administrative support to our team.
• Maintain and organize documentation for projects and operations.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating tasks and schedules.
• Manage daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, payroll, and invoicing.
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and tax laws.
• Monitor and report on company's financial performance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Office administration and accounting, preferably in the construction or interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Highly organized, disciplined and creative.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Deep knowledge of MS Office, Tally and familiarity with social media management.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
Compensation can be discussed during the interview process. However, we offer a competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
