Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative duties, including answering calls, responding to emails, and organizing files.
• Create detailed and accurate quotations & job orders for products or services in a timely manner.
• Handle basic accounting functions, including invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings as needed.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
• Coordinate and manage office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Admin or similar role in the UAE.
• Knowledge of basic financial and tax compliance.
• Inside UAE (if outside UAE; do not apply).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books and awareness of ISO standards.
• Single/unmarried status preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
