The qualified candidate will undertake all aspects of administrative work including accounting, and development of internal control policies and procedures. Key responsibilities will include:
• Tracking of work orders and job completion reports
• Following up on job completion certificates, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and goods received notes for completed work orders
Raising invoices for completed jobs. Preparing accrued income analysis every month for work partially completed.
• Facilitate payments to subcontractors from the head office by ensuring GRN's are completed on time.
Checking invoices for subcontractors and ensuring they are correct before submitting for payment to the head office.
Ensure adequate inventory is maintained at the site. Timely recording of GRN's and SIV's in the system to update inventory records.
Preparing monthly profit and loss report for the site.
Fixed Asset Management.
Provide general admin support.
