OverviewFacility Overview:M42 in partnering with the UAE Ministry of Defense to operate Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital (National & Military Screening Service) in Al Batayeh, Sharjah. This collaboration will provide world-class healthcare to over three million residents in the northern UAE, including military personnel and their families. By integrating top healthcare providers like the Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Healthpoint, M42 will ensure access to specialized and preventative care. Full-scale operations are set to launch in early 2025.Role Overview:This role is responsible for providing administrative and support duties to the Line Manager and the Administration department and may function as a liaison between departments and others external to M42.Responsibilities
Ensures complaints, concerns, and incidents, including near misses, are reported, escalated, and documented appropriately to support organizational learning.
Coordinates patient appointments, referrals, transport, and schedules while maintaining patient activity calendars and liaising with relevant teams.
Manages administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, equipment inventories, and organizing facility events, including coordination with external vendors.
Provides administrative support, including data entry for new admissions, filing, handling non-medical queries, and managing patient-related documentation.
Supports physicians, families, and team members by coordinating medical reports, updates on appointments, and addressing family requests.
Maintains confidentiality, organizes daily operations and meetings, records minutes, and ensures efficient office workflow.
Manages petty cash accounts, reconciles expenses, processes purchase requests, and verifies invoices with the finance department.
Provides technical and onboarding support, including training on facility resources, and assists in creating and maintaining databases for patients and operations.
QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in any field.Experience:Experience working in the healthcare industry.Skills:
Proficient in preparing and reviewing complex documents, contracts and presentations.
