We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Clerk. As an Admin Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments.
Duties include updating clients' details, creating and sending invoices to clients, tracking payments, and reporting irregularities to the financial manager. You should also be able to resolve billing errors professionally.
•Responsibilities •
• Assist with general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
• Manage various office supplies, ensuring they are stocked and readily available.
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain and update company databases and records.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Ensuring that client information details are kept up-to-date.
• Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers.
• Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill.
• Reporting issues or irregularities to the financial head of the company.
• Fixing billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos.
• Liaising with the logistics department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
•Requirements •
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
• Excellent mathematics and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to consistently meet deadlines and to work well under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
