We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Clerk.
The Admin Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the institute. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth and development within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the institute\'s management team
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and reports
Maintain and update databases and filing systems
Process and track invoices and expenses
Assist with the planning and coordination of events and training programs
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of record-keeping and database management
