We are looking for an experienced Admin Clerk to join the team at IIQAF. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers, answer phones, and direct visitors
Carry out basic administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and organizing
Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, supplies, and other related documents
Monitor and replenish office stationery and supplies
Prepare and submit administrative reports to management
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with data entry, filing, proofreading, and customer correspondence
Provide general support to all departments
Perform other administrative duties and tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Clerk or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, management or related field is preferred
