Managing and maintaining office files, documents, and records.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
Taking meeting minutes and preparing meeting agendas.
Handling routine correspondence on behalf of the Head of Operations and other related tasks.
