We are looking for a FEMALE Admin Assistant/Secretary who can work immediately. Preferably in visit visa. Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
• At least two years' experience in a similar role.
• Should have an accounting background. (a must)
• Should have experience in handling and processing Ejari. (optional)
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• We are looking for freshers here in UAE, salary range will be AED 2500-3000.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties.
• Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences.
• Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
• Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
• Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
• Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms.
• Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
• Performing additional duties assigned by the Office Managers.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
