Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a vital role in shaping our talent management processes.

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant / Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and that our talent pool remains organized and engaged. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary data and information.
• Customize sales reports to meet each client's needs and preferences.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales reports.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments between clients and staff.
• Assist in preparing and editing job postings, client reports, and applicant profiles.
• Maintain and update staff databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
• Handle client inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Communicate with staff regarding their schedules, changes, and updates.
• Generate reports related to staff scheduling and attendance.
• Collaborate with the team to support their administrative needs.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior administrative experience in a recruitment or manpower agency is a plus but not required.
