Job Description

We are a leading IT company in Dubai looking for a reliable Female Office Admin cum Accountant. Responsibilities include the following:

Attending incoming telephone calls.

Make outgoing calls to clients for payment reminders.

Handling petty cash.

Handling the company's accounts payable and receivables.

Preparing and sending proposals and Tax invoices.

And other administrative tasks.

The candidate should be:

Preferably a lady from the Philippines.

Have a good knowledge in Accounting.

Have an excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.

Be self-motivated, multi-tasking, trustworthy, and can work under pressure.
