The Admin Assistant role in the trading and commodity trading sector is pivotal for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
Support the finance team with invoicing and expense tracking.
Prepare and distribute internal communications and newsletters.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary.
