Admin Assistant / Social Media Coordinator : We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Admin Assistant / Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in social media planning and publishing, coupled with excellent organizational skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies and campaigns.
Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.
Support administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Maintain and update social media content calendars, ensuring all posts are planned and executed as per the schedule.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Assist with reporting and analyzing social media performance metrics.
Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content planning and publishing.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g.,metrcicool, Hootsuite, Buffer, Iconosquare).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
