Admin Assistant / Social Media Coordinator : We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Admin Assistant / Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in social media planning and publishing, coupled with excellent organizational skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Support administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Maintain and update social media content calendars, ensuring all posts are planned and executed as per the schedule.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Assist with reporting and analyzing social media performance metrics.
  • Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content planning and publishing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g.,metrcicool, Hootsuite, Buffer, Iconosquare).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
