Admin Assistant

Job Description

• Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives and staff members.
• Preparing contract and following up with customer for regular business management
• Assisting Export Import documentation and Email follow ups
• Collaborate with HR to manage employee records, attendance, and vacation schedules.
• should have minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a reputed company
• Preference for Dependent Visa Holder

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

• Admin: 2 years (Required)
• HR Admin: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)
• Hindi (Preferred)
