A customized Furniture Factory is urgently seeking a factory admin with excellent communication skills that will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company by managing various factory and admin responsibilities and coordinating the work smoothly. The successful candidate would be a reliable self-starter who is able to work independently, has initiative and take pride in her work. She will be self-motivated, trustworthy, willing to learn, energetic and good at building relationships. Candidate should have Furniture experience. :
  • Providing administrative assistance to the team and coordinating factory admin work
  • Doing receptionist job (e.g. welcoming clients, screening phone calls and answering email queries, handling customer complaints or handling customers or management)
  • Creating and maintaining office systems including data management
  • Keeping the confidentiality of the company\'s files and official papers
  • Ensuring admin area and all items well maintained
  • Manage HR paperwork and timekeeping
  • Coordinating with the accountant with everyday sales ,expenses and invoicing reports
  • Track and record all sales activity on current and potential customer opportunities on the company software
  • Respond to emails, text messages, and all other forms of communication in a timely manner
  • Take pictures of the items upon being received, and before being sent out for delivery
  • Run daily end of day meeting with production team
Skills Required: Professional Skills:
  • Proven experience in factory admin work and working with labour
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office)
Communication Skills:
  • English speaking is a must,
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, conveying professionalism, enthusiasm, and courtesy
  • UAE Experience required min 2 years
Personal Drive:
  • Be a goal oriented, self-motivated individual with an ambition to succeed
  • Have the desire and ability to learn quickly
  • Have worked in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated the ability to multi-task
Problem Solving & Team Skills:
  • Build relationships and enjoy working in a service minded, challenging and busy team atmosphere
  • Excellent Team communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Meet deadlines by maintaining exceptional time management and organizational skills
Compensation is Salary, Accomodation required in Sharjah with plenty affordable options in the City. Male candidates only Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
