We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant with expertise in CAD designs and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with a basic understanding of accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, generating CAD designs, managing data in Excel, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Create CAD designs according to specifications provided by the team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data, create spreadsheets, and generate reports for various projects and tasks.
  • Assist with basic accounting duties such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD design software and administrative tools.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with the ability to create detailed designs.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data analysis.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in administrative support roles is preferred.
