Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements. Maintain accurate records and filing systems. Assist with procurement processes, including purchase orders and invoices. Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Support site logistics, including transportation and accommodation arrangements. Assist with data entry and maintain project databases. Prepare reports and presentations as required. Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and policies. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
