Job Description

Iqama - Transferable Nationality: India or Philippine . Managing calendars for senior staff, scheduling appointments, and sending reminders . Composing and distributing emails, letters, and reports . Arranging meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing materials . Phones and directing calls . Greeting visitors and managing the front desk . Sorting and distributing mail and packages . Maintaining an organized and clean office environment . Ordering office supplies . Coordinating travel itineraries and managing expense reports Skills . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Excellent organizational and time management abilities . Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality. . Ability to work independently and take initiative.
