We are seeking an experienced and proactive Female Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Growbox . The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be capable of managing daily operations efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Reception and Customer Service :
• Greeting visitors and clients.
• Answering phone calls and emails.
• Managing inquiries and providing information about services.
2)Office Management :
• Overseeing office supplies and inventory.
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs for facilities.
• Managing office space allocation.
• Send out timely renewal notices and handle contract renewals.
• Prepare and manage client contracts.
3)Scheduling and Coordination :
• Organizing meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Coordinating schedules for staff and services.
• Managing calendars for executives or teams.
• Solve issues related to daily operations and client inquiries with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.
4)Document Management :
• Maintaining files and records, both digital and physical.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Managing contracts and agreements.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a business center.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected challenges.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in accounting and supervisory roles in UAE.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
