Job Description

• :
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.

Minimum Requirements:

• Nationality: Emirati National
• Education: Minimum high school certificate.
• Experience:
• Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of email systems and professional email etiquette.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper organization of communications.
• Assist in preparing reports, memos, and presentations using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other office events.
• Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to appropriate personnel, and provide necessary information to clients or colleagues.
• Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring replenishment when needed.
• Collaborate with various teams to assist with project coordination and document management.
• Provide support for other ad hoc administrative tasks as required by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)
