Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to manage office operations and support the smooth functioning of our organization. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
Process invoices, expenses, and basic financial transactions.
Perform other administrative duties to support the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Office-based role with standard working hours.
