The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various business functions. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Documentation: Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Office Management: Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining office supplies and coordinating maintenance services.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
Data Management: Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, providing information and resolving queries.
Project Assistance: Support various projects by conducting research, preparing materials, and tracking progress.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and support company objectives.
Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of administrative or assistant experience, preferably within a corporate environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Discretion: High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Professional Certifications: Certification in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
Sector Experience: Experience in the logistics or related sector.
Advanced Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in office management software and tools.
Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the business operations.
Hotel Experience: Experience working in above 5-star well-known branded hotels is highly preferred.

Working Hours:
Days: Monday to Saturday
Hours: Typically, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but may vary based on regional hours and issues due to the company\'s operations in the Asia-Pacific, East Africa, and Middle East regions.
Additional Requirements:
Travel: One business trip with the CEO after completing the probation period within the first year; the following year may involve multiple travels.
