Performs general administration works.
Answer all calls, emails, walk-in inquiries.
Drafting company emails, letters and presentations.
Arranging schedule for meetings and drivers.
Contacting developers for Company registration.
Contract creation for lease and sale deals (including all paper works for the deal)_
Monitoring attendance for all employees.
Tally calling
All portals management (Property finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, Free portals, ETC) including complaints and suggestions.
Update and refresh all listing.
Monitoring all listing in the market.
Any assistance for agents. (if necessary).
Arrange NOC, documents for verification.
Edit and arrange photos by quality, size, logo.
Making marketing permit for all listings if necessary and needed.
Office report (Daily).
Other tasks will be assigned based on business requirement.
