The successful candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules. Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain office filing systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
