Job Description

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent administrative skills? We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant/Secretary in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient office operations.
Correspondence: Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications, ensuring timely responses.
Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Document Management: Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronic and hard copy.
Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or secretary.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
