A well-established Dubai-based events and catering company is seeking an experienced Admin. The position is only for a short period until January 2024 with possible extension or permanent placement. The candidate must have her visa. The role will involve various responsibilities such as:
Answering to email inquiries,
Reaching out to prospective customers,
Acting as a coordinator between teams,
Preparing quotations,
Assisting in procurement for events and catering,
Issuing invoices,
Following up on payments,
Producing proposals,
Other tasks as requested by management.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the catering/events industry in Dubai, Requirements:
Good communication skills,
Strong admin skills,
Pro-active attitude,
