Job Description

A well-established Dubai-based events and catering company is seeking an experienced Admin. The position is only for a short period until January 2024 with possible extension or permanent placement. The candidate must have her visa. The role will involve various responsibilities such as:
  • Answering to email inquiries,
  • Reaching out to prospective customers,
  • Acting as a coordinator between teams,
  • Preparing quotations,
  • Assisting in procurement for events and catering,
  • Issuing invoices,
  • Following up on payments,
  • Producing proposals,
  • Other tasks as requested by management.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the catering/events industry in Dubai, Requirements:
  • Good communication skills,
  • Strong admin skills,
  • Pro-active attitude,
