Job Description

Process and reconcile expense sheets, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate.
Book General Journal entries to the general ledger, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Purchase office and pantry supplies.
Arrange business trips, including hotel and flight bookings, and process related expenses.
Monitor and update corporate discounts (hotel, others) and maintain corporate credit card records.
Monitor and update office fixed assets, ensuring that all records are updated and maintained.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage the reception area.
Keep a list of contracts up to date and maintain records of legal documentation.
Manage Microsoft licenses.
Monitoring of monthly Etisalat bills.
Assist with basic administration tasks as needed, including answering phone calls and emails, arranging courier, filing documents, and organizing paperwork.
