Unique Concepts looking for a motivated and dedicated Admin assistant cum marketing coordinator join our team. You will be in charge of designing according to the client's provided specifications, Preparing Flyers, marketing, and taking appointments. Below are your duties and responsibilities:
Designing Flyers, 2D and 3D plans Detail shop drawings for primarily joinery and interior fit-out.
working out how to apply the structure's estimated dimensions.
Able to prepare the flyers for social media and marketing
To take appointments with the customers.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies,arranging appointments, meeting and greeting customer , tele communication
Telephonic correspondence with the customers and suppliers
Coordinate company meetings, and customer visits
Maintain petty cash
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including order tracking.
Requirement:
At least 2 Years experience in same field
Bachelors degree.
AutoCAD, 3D Max, 3D modeling, and Photoshop Adobe skills, as well as self-reliance.
Communication skills.
Has good attention to detail and great organizing skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
