We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant - Business Support to our client in Sharjah.This role is critical in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting core business functions.Key Responsibilities:
Manage diary entries, update calendars, and ensure efficient scheduling.
Maintain follow-up logs, collate approvals, and assist in preparing monthly approval folders.
Oversee contact database management, ensuring accurate records and preparing targeted invite lists.
Handle subscriptions, filing systems, and coordinate Eid gifting logistics.
Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence, event support, and supplier research.
Qualifications:
College diploma in a commercial or business discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in administration or office-related activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contact database management.
Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
