We are seeking a Female Candidate on Husband / Father Sponsorship.

A resourceful and dependable Admin Assistant to join our team, someone who will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the office environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer telephone calls and provide assistance to the tenants.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and faxes.

Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring organization and accessibility.

Assist on leasing formalities and prepare invoices and receipts.

Perform basic clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)
