The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for students and parents, providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Respond promptly and professionally to emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls.
• Welcome and assist students and parents with a warm and pleasant demeanor.
• Resolve inquiries and provide accurate information about classes, packages, and schedules.
• Sales and Package Management:
• Explain the academy's programs and packages in a clear and engaging manner.
• Assist in selling packages and closing deals with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Class Coordination:
• Clearly explain the differences between classes and recommend suitable options.
• Maintain an understanding of artistic gymnastics and class structures to guide students effectively.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Manage and update records using Excel and other software tools.
• Ensure proper grammar and professionalism in written communication.
• Maintain organized and efficient systems for registration and payments.
• Team Collaboration and Professional Development:
• Work closely with coaches and staff to support the academy's operations.
• Show a willingness to learn and develop new skills to enhance performance.
• Representation and Ethics:
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance.
• Always smile and create a welcoming environment for students and parents.
• Uphold integrity by being honest, transparent, and reliable.
Requirements:
• Clear and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic administrative tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of artistic gymnastics or a willingness to learn.
• Representative and professional appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and close deals effectively.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.
