Luxury Estates Real Estate is looking for an experienced Telecaller and Administrator with at least One Year Experience working in Dubai. Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilite sales process and can prepare the required documents
Coordinate and facilate property viewings
Evaluate potential tenants, perform background checks, and finalize lease agreements.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Prepare, update, and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
Maintain precise records of property-related paperwork, such as leases, contracts, and agreements from developers.
Extensive expertise in handling property listings on platforms like Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.
Provide support for routine office administrative tasks.
Assist the CEO and agent to list properties on Propertyfinder, Bayut & Dubizzle using CRM system
Skills Required:
Proficient in using the Trakheesi and DLD portals for creating contracts, including A, B, F, NOCs, MOUs, and tenancy contracts.
Capable of securing electronic Trakheesi advertising permits.
Proactive & can generate leads and listings through tele calling
Ability to multi-task and have good time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with tenants, property owners and clients
