We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin and HR Officer to join our team and support our operations.

Job Summary:

The Admin and HR Officer, reporting directly to the European Managing Partner, will be responsible for overseeing administrative and human resource functions within the company. This includes managing recruitment, visa processing, organizing mandatory RTA trainings and tests for staff, handling customer bookings, collections, maintaining petty cash, and other related duties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administration and HR, with significant experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Visa Processing:

Screen candidates and support interviews with the Managing Partner.

Handle all aspects of visa processing for employees, including new visas, renewals, and cancellations.

Staff Training:

Organize and coordinate RTA test booking, mandatory training, and issuance of RTA cards for staff.

Maintain training records and ensure all staff promptly complete the training / ob-boarding process.

Customer Bookings:

Assist with processing customer bookings and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

Provide excellent customer service and handle any issues or inquiries related to bookings.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.

Petty Cash Management:

Maintain and reconcile petty cash transactions.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of petty cash expenses.

Other Responsibilities:

Support managing partner in various administrative tasks and special projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in the UAE.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
