We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Admin & HR Coordinator to manage a wide range of administrative and human resources tasks, including venue and accommodation bookings. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:



Administrative Duties:



Provide general administrative support to the training facility, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries. Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and electronic. Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment. Manage travel arrangements for trainers and participants, including flights, visas, and transportation. Book and coordinate training venues, ensuring they meet the required specifications and logistical needs. Arrange accommodation for trainers and participants, negotiating rates and managing bookings.

Human Resources Duties:



Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage employee leave and attendance records. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support employee performance management and development initiatives. Address employee inquiries and provide HR-related support. Assist in maintaining up to date knowledge of UAE labour law.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred). 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or HR role in the UAE, preferably in a training or education environment. (preferred) Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge in HR System (eg., Zoho People System) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in booking venues and accommodations is highly desirable. Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
