Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Female Office Admin cum Accountant. Responsibilities include the following:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Calculate VAT payable and recoverable, ensuring accurate reporting of sales and purchases.
• Oversee daily office operations and maintain office supplies.
• Prepare quotations and related documents for clients and vendors.
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails related to finance and administration.
• Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
• Manage data entry tasks for accounting and administrative functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Requirements:

• Have a good knowledge in Accounting.
• Have an excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
• Be self-motivated, multi-tasking, trustworthy, and can work under pressure.
• Can join IMMEDIATELY
