Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and financial records, ensuring smooth operations within the company. This role demands a proactive individual with strong organizational and multitasking skills who can thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Administrative Support:•

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and appointments.
• Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient office operations.

•Accounts Management:•

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions.
• Support budget preparation and financial planning activities.

•Compliance and Reporting:•

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management.
• Assist in internal and external audits as required.

•Coordination and Communication:•

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative and accounting role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
