Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin & Document Controller to manage documentation, administrative tasks, and compliance records. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling company and employee documents, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Document Control & Compliance: Maintain and manage company and employee documents in an organized manner. Ensure all contracts, agreements, and records are up-to-date. Handle visa processing, work permits, and other government-related documentation. Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and correspondence. Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for employee documentation. Maintain a proper filing system (physical & digital) for easy retrieval of records. Coordination & Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and employees regarding document requirements. Ensure confidentiality and security of all company and employee records. Prepare reports and submit them to management when required. Requirements: Previous experience as a Document Controller, Admin Officer, or similar role. Knowledge of document management systems and administrative procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills.
