Job Description

We are looking for a skilled *Admin & Accounts Officer* to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both administrative tasks and financial responsibilities, including client communication, preparing quotations, customer service, and financial reporting. Responsibilities: Manage client communication, respond to inquiries, and address client needs. Prepare and send project quotations to clients. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients regarding their requests. Maintain project documentation and ensure proper filing of records. Handle accounts payable/receivable, monitor cash flow, and prepare financial reports. File VAT (tax) returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and support the management team. Requirements: Proven experience in both administration and accounting roles. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software. Familiarity with VAT filing and financial reporting. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred. Please send your CV
