We are seeking a
versatile Admin & Accounting Specialist
who is proficient in both
administrative and accounting tasks
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in
Urdu or Hindi
and have a strong background in handling both office administration and financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling emails, calls, and documentation.
? Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and expense reports.
? Process payments, reconciliations, and assist with budgeting.
? Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for smooth operations.
? Handle HR-related administrative work such as payroll and employee records.
? Support management in organizing schedules, meetings, and reports.
? Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements:
? Proven experience in
admin and accounting roles
(minimum 2 years preferred).
? Strong knowledge of
accounting software
(e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
? Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
.
? Excellent
organizational and multitasking skills

? Strong communication skills in
Urdu or Hindi
(English proficiency is a plus).
? Knowledge of UAE labor laws and MEP industry experience is an advantage.
