Looking for a motivated candidate to join our team as an Acquisition Executive in the holiday home/real estate industry to be responsible for acquiring new properties for holiday home management purposes.
Brief about Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential properties suitable for management within designated areas, via phone calls and proper site inspection and meetings if needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents to facilitate property acquisition.
Conduct market research and analysis to assess property value, potential rental income, and feasibility for management.
Collaborate with the property management & leasing team to ensure seamless transition of acquired properties into management portfolio.
. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's services.
. Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential and existing clients and promote the company's services.
. Prepare regular sales reports, including analysis of sales performance, revenue, and client acquisition metrics.
. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
. Provide sales forecasts and projections to help in strategic planning and goal setting.
Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquisition, sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

. Proven track record in acquisition and sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.

. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
. A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
. Proficiency in using industry related software, MS Office, and social media platforms.
. Ability to build and maintain a network of professional contacts.
. Effective at identifying issues and finding solutions.
Other requirements:
. UAE driving License
. Preferably UAE (own visa) holder.
