Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Car Sales Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and preferences
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Assist customers in selecting the right car and upsell additional products or services
• Manage sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Utilise sales management software to track leads and customer interactions

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience in automobile industry.
• Strong business acumen and Knowledge of used car industry.
• Strong technical expertise in understanding of engine, parts, and everything technical.
• Fluent in multiple languages to cater to diverse customer needs
• Strong organisational skills to manage customer inquiries and sales processes efficiently
• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to upsell products and services effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED22,880.00 - AED150,000.00 per year

Experience:

• sales: 3 years (preferred)
