We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AC/HVAC Technician to join our team. As an AC/HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and maintenance on various types of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of our clients by effectively troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing HVAC systems.Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspecting electrical components, lubricating moving parts, and checking refrigerant levels
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, using specialized tools and equipment
• Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems, such as compressors, motors, and thermostats
• Install new HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Collaborate with other team members to improve HVAC system performance and efficiency through regular inspections and upgrades
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns or inquiries
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all work performed on HVAC systems, including detailed reports and invoices

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AC/HVAC Technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and related components
• Valid AC/HVAC Technician certification or license
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various types of HVAC systems, including central air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations, ensuring all work is performed in compliance with codes
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with clients and team members
• Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to accurately document work performed and maintain organized records
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the specific assignment
