##### Job Summary:


The Accreditation and Compliance Manager is responsible to the Chief Strategy and Excellence Officer for the provision accreditation information and reports to support program accreditation and institutional licensure. The Accreditation and Compliance Manager also undertakes compliance audits to ensure that accreditation standards are met by the various units within the university. The manager will develop training programs, systems and processes in conjunction with faculty as part of the University's drive to continuously improve the quality of student outcomes. In addition, the Accreditation and Compliance Manager will conduct feasibility studies to provide schools and departments with Labor Market Intelligence about the sectors covered by programs and the school.

Job Purpose & Responsibilities

The Accreditation and Compliance Manager also undertakes compliance audits to ensure that accreditation standards are met by the various units within the university. Minimum Qualification and Education


• Essential: Masters in a related field from an accredited University
• Desirable: Teaching Qualification, ISO (or similar) certification.


Required Knowledge and Skills


• The ability to work collegially with others in an academic setting.
• Knowledge of accreditation process, student assessment and measurement and quality improvement processes.
• Demonstrable commitment to quality improvement in Higher Education.
• IT literacy in assessment and measurement of student achievement as well as standard Microsoft Office software.


Work Experience

• 8-10 years of experience
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience of quality improvement frameworks
• Experience of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education Establishment.
• Experience of managing projects and project management tools and systems.


Language proficiency required


Proficient in English (Arabic desirable)
