Your Day to Day

As Accounts Receivable Supervisor your duties shall include processing and monitoring accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures, and securing revenue by verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data.

You will process and ensure billing is accurate and timely and monitor daily accounts receivable operations to ensure the billing and collections of the hotel are operating effectively and that any over-due accounts are collected immediately.

You will also reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted and review accounts receivables control reports to keep outstanding balances at a minimum.

You\'ll report to the Director of Finance and Business Support, and you\'ll play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.

The right fit for this role is someone who has a solid hotel background with an energetic and fun personality. You should be passionate about people and hospitality. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. You should demonstrate the ability to interact with customers, colleagues and suppliers that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Ideally, you should have a bachelor\'s degree / higher education qualification in accounting; and a minimum of one years\' experience in a similar capacity; a working experience on Opera, Micros, and SUN Financials is an advantage.
