Job Description
Our client is a Semi-Government Real Estate company and they are looking for a UAE National Accounts Receivable Manager to join the team in Dubai.
The role involves overseeing real estate receivables, lease management, customer relationship management, real estate credit management, adherence to government regulations, reporting and analysis in real estate finance, collaboration with real estate teams, and team supervision in real estate finance.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in accounts receivable or finance roles within the real estate sector.
- Knowledge of real estate leasing processes and industry-specific financial practices.
- UAE national with Family Book or Marsoom
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications in real estate finance may be advantageous.
