The accounts receivable manager is responsible for overseeing business partnering activities, accounts receivable operations, and collaboration with shared services. This role ensures compliance with company procedures, group policies, IFRS, and regulatory requirements while managing financial transactions, reporting, and process improvements.job location: dubai, united arab emirates

- monitor service-level agreements (sla) with shared services and third parties to ensure compliance and efficiency
- work closely with stakeholders across functions to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
- oversee accounts receivable transactions, including inflow updates, cashiering, post-dated cheques, and cash management
- review post-handover payment plan (phpp) buy-out proposals and staff commission for land sales
- seek approval for write-offs as per dh policy and monitor overdue payments for effective debt collection
- review complex revenue recognition workings based on ifrs and support monthly closing activities
- ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (aml) regulations and complete escrow audits as mandated by rera
- review and update processes, policies, and segregation of duty matrices for accounts receivable functions
- implement automation solutions for financial systems to improve control efficiencyrequired skills and qualifications:- aca/cpa/acca qualified
- 4-5 years of experience managing high-volume receivables in a fast-paced environment
- strong knowledge of ifrs, vat compliance, and operational experience in real estate or construction
- working knowledge of oracle fusion and unifier
- understanding of rera transaction accounting system and escrow payment mechanisms
