Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance and customer service? We are hiring an Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join our team, reporting to the Revenue Optimisation Manager. This role offers the opportunity to manage key financial operations while working closely with our admissions team and providing high-quality support to parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all front-office cashier responsibilities, including invoicing, credit notes, and receipts.
Provide a personalised, efficient cashiering service to parents and handle their fee-related enquiries within 2 working days.
Coordinate with the Admissions team to verify billing accuracy before issuing invoices.
Ensure timely reconciliation of fee receipts and daily posting in NetSuite.
Handle banking transactions (including post-dated and returned cheques) and manage petty cash, as required.
Prepare and submit weekly ageing analysis reports and monthly fee recognition schedules.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the Revenue Optimisation Manager and Finance Manager to optimise revenue processes.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Strong experience with MS Word and Excel.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Previous Accounts Receivable experience, ideally within the UAE.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with accounting software; NetSuite experience is a plus.
Prior experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
Ability to establish and improve financial processes.
Professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
