Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage the company's accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and related tasks. Preference will be given to female candidates and those who are proficient in both Arabic and English, as our work environment requires bilingual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable transactions, including the preparation, coding, and payment of vendor invoices. Reconcile supplier statements, track payment status, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain vendor records and update payment terms as necessary. Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable. Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues related to payments or invoicing. Ensure all payments comply with company policies and accounting standards. Assist in month-end closing by ensuring all payables are recorded accurately. Assist in internal and external audits related to accounts payable functions. Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of financial records.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 4 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
